For classes and examinations that have not yet started
If the weather warning signal listed below is in force during the following time periods:
- Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above; or
- "Extreme Conditions" after Super Typhoons announced by the Government; or
- Black Rainstorm Warning Signal; or
- Announcement made by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above will be issued within the next 2 hours,
the following arrangements will apply:
